*** Deposit is None-Refundable *** The deposit amount goes towards your services. ~ Grandeur Spa charges a 50% cancellation fee of your total amount booking for any no-show or cancellation less then 48 hour notice. Please Inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to transfer the deposit to a new Reschedule date. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, 5 MINUTES AFTER your scheduled time is “automatically cancel with no deposit transfer”. Unfortunately we DO NOT guarantee if we can refill or fix a previous work that was not done by our salon staff, feel free to call before booking. This deposit will hold your spot rather than waiting with walk-in clients, Also will protect your technicians time. Please inform the salon when you arrive with an appointment, the waiting time can be up to 15 minutes if your technician is running into a mishap. We recommend that you don’t bring kids 12 and under without another adult supervision in the awaiting area, We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
