Grandeur Spa charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation on same day appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. This deposit is the starting price of the services you book, any remaining balance will be paid after service is completed. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, AFTER 10 MINUTES it is “automatically cancel with no refund”. Unfortunately we DO NOT refill or fix other salons previous work. Please book for removal & fullset, contact the salon to add in additional services that are not listed. This deposit will hold your spot rather then waiting with walk-in clients. Deposit amount WILL go towards your services, Also will protect your technicians time. Please inform the salon when you arrive with an appointment, the waiting time can be up to 15 minutes if your technician is running into a mishap. We recommend that you don’t bring kids 12 and under without another adult supervise them at the awaiting area, We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
